Bonneville, KY

In  Bonnieville, Kentucky, Curt Rafferty's work helped meet a critical community need. After a magistrate judge shared that the town was a food desert, he connected Curt with a property that could be developed. Together, they made a deal and brought a Dollar General store to the area.

The project restored access to essential goods for local residents, and in recognition of his impact, Curt was awarded the key to the city.
